If you are not completely satisfied with your product purchase, notify us within 30 days of your order date using the Refund Policy described below and receive a full refund for your order. Services are non-refundable.
Refund Policy
You can request a refund for your product purchase based on our 30 Day Money Back Guarantee. Any other refund requests are at the sole discretion of iB4e. Services are non-refundable.
To request a refund please use the contact form on the contact page and select the subject Refund Request. You must include your order number with the request.

Cancellation Policy
Accounts that are set up and prepaid for any term greater than 3 months cannot be cancelled until the end of the prepaid term. No refund will be issued for accounts that are cancelled before the end of the prepaid period. The only exception to this is for accounts that are cancelled under our 30 day money back guarantee policy.
Payment Terms
Purchases can be paid for using a credit card. Visa and MasterCard are accepted.
Depending on the product(s) you purchase, one of the following payment terms will apply.
Monthly
Your credit card will automatically be charged the monthly fee, every month, until you cancel your agreement. If a setup fee is part of your purchase, this fee will be added to your first payment.
Semi-Annual
Your credit card will automatically be charged the semi-annual fee, every six months, until you cancel your agreement. If a setup fee is part of your purchase, this fee will be added to your first payment.
Annual
Your credit card will automatically be charged the annual fee, every 12 months, until you cancel your agreement. If a setup fee is part of your purchase, this fee will be added to your first payment.
One-Time
Your credit card will be charged the one-time fee. If a setup fee is part of your purchase, this fee will be included in your payment.
How do I cancel an Agreement?
You can cancel your purchase agreement at any time notifying iB4e. Fees paid in advance are not refundable unless your purchase is cancelled based on our 30 Day Money Back Guarantee.

If you have a purchase agreement, you can update your credit card information at any time by signing into the customer centre and updating your profile.
