Refund Policy

You can request a refund for your product purchase based on our 30 Day Money Back Guarantee. Any other refund requests are at the sole discretion of iB4e. Services are non-refundable. To request a refund please use the contact form on the contact page and select the subject Refund Request. You must include your order number with the request. I would like to request a refund.

Cancellation Policy

Accounts that are set up and prepaid for any term greater than 3 months cannot be cancelled until the end of the prepaid term. No refund will be issued for accounts that are cancelled before the end of the prepaid period. The only exception to this is for accounts that are cancelled under our 30 day money back guarantee policy.
