The Internet enabled assessment is an offsite consultation to identify your enterprise Internet objectives and to propose a strategy to meet these objectives.
The package includes up to 40 hours with our consultants utilizing virtual meetings to meet the following outcomes.
Day 1: Explore the Enterprise
Kick-off and obtain an overview of the enterprise.
Meet key enterprise stake holders (president, chairman, board, vps) to identify Internet objectives.
Meet with key operational / enablement staff.
Day 2: Prepare the Enterprise
Prepare findings and recommendations.
Day 3: Enable the Enterprise
Presentation of findings and recommendations to enterprise stake holders and other identified enablement staff.
